Here at Inspiring Benefits we think that setting a good strategy from the beginning is what guarantees the success of the program and the scope of the objectives that have been set. It is about establishing a strategy in the medium-long term, which allows us to see the evolution we want and in which we can work taking into account different departments that converge on the way to the employees’ wellbeing. Internal communication, Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility, Labor Relations, etc., all have the objective of reaching the employee, to transfer a message whose purpose is to provide a prosperous work environment.
Part of our differential value is in the contents of our different programs, which are our own, exclusively prepared for our clients and specialized in the different topics that we cover. In text, image or video format we develop a content plan adapted to the needs of the client in a timely manner.
At Inspiring Benefits we believe that communication is the fundamental pillar for the employee wellness programs to work successfully. It is these communications that motivate the employee to participate in the different actions that we put in place in the online environment: Discounts, Wellbeing, Rewards, etc. This is why we work to make the communications as personalized as possible for the user, taking into account: The tastes and preferences that they set upon registration, the group to which they belong, the profile of the employee, and the experience that we have gained by communicating to more than 300 groups from various sectors.

By putting any of our solutions up and running, we assign you a Key Account Manager (KAM) that will ensure that the established objectives are achieved. In addition, this person will provide you with everything you need to know about the program’s performance through monthly reports with pre-established KPIs, also preparing the content and communications formed in advance and based on the calendar and providing different solutions to the needs that may arise during the journey.
The data analysis has become a key element to put any project in motion, and for this reason Inspiring Benefits provides, to the manager of the organization, fully detailed monthly reports of all user activity. It is these data that quantitatively guarantee the success of our programs and raise the alarm in case some aspect has to be developed.
Here at Inspiring Benefits, we believe that good customer service resides a large part of the success of our solutions, since it is the customer, to whom our programs are directed and who must feel a part of a safe and comfortable environment.
